A company is looking for a Remote Loan Counselor I.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the customer experience by offering solutions to customers who are delinquent on their mortgage loan
• Gather critical data, enter it on a servicing platform, and make decisions to resolve customer home loan concerns
• Engage in inbound and outbound customer communication using an advanced telephony system in a call center environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong computing and typing skills
• Proficient in basic mathematics
• Aptitude to use a telephony system
• 1 year of customer contact experience, collections, or mortgage-related experience preferred
