Job Summary
A mortgage services provider has an open position for a Remote Loan Default Resolution Analyst III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate active default pipeline for inbound and outbound monthly servicing transfers
- Respond to all audit requests in a professional and timely manner
- Apply your knowledge of default servicing rules and guidelines to drive resolution
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally, in person and by telephone
- Familiarity of state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the servicing of defaulted loans
- 3 - 4 years of experience in default operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and to meet deadlines
- Analytical and mathematical ability sufficient to be able to identify potential issues with loans
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
