Job Summary
A bank is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Loan Fulfillment Paralender.
Must be able to:
- Conduct the day to day administration of all aspects of assigned residential construction products
- Order progress inspections and review inspections results
- Fund and wire construction funds
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of mortgage or construction lending experience
- Ability to function effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
