Job Summary

A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Loan Fulfillment Prefunding Review Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct randomized pre-closing loan reviews
  • Review the loan file for quality and compliance
  • Correct any errors found before releasing the loan for closing

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of mortgage processing or underwriting experience
  • Knowledge of agency and investor guidelines and regulations
  • Knowledge of sales contracts, appraisals, and applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
