Job Summary

A banking company is in need of a Remote Loan Fulfillment Processor in Birmingham.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collect and review the documentation as required by the underwriter
  • Communicate with the customer to validate the data integrity of the loan file and loan application
  • Manage and update the loan status every three business days

Qualifications Include:

  • 4 years of mortgage processing experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of AUS systems and guidelines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
