Job Summary
A company providing services and technology for all phases of the home lending lifecycle is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Loan Modification Customer Service Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Schedule and confirm appointments with borrowers, clients, and closing teams
- Build and maintain relationships with borrower’s, signing agents, clients, and closing teams
- Review instructions to ensure scheduled appointments are accurately assigned
Required Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills
- Detail oriented, efficient and organized
