Remote Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Preapproval Specialist/Jr Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with borrowers to prequalify and generate interest by contacting leads
• Review loan applications for data accuracy and analyze income, DTI, credit, and loan structure for pre-approval
• Issue pre-qualification and pre-approval letters while maintaining organized pipeline management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Officer
• Strong understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs
• Skilled in income calculation and AUS guideline review
• Tech savvy with experience in LendingPad, Arive, and Monday.com preferred
• Comfortable working remotely on video with a collaborative team
