Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Loan Officer Assistant to support a high-volume origination team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage pipeline and CRM, tracking active loans and borrower engagement
Assist with file setup, loan support, and client prequalification
Conduct agent and database research to maintain accurate referral data

Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant or Processor
Military background or family connection strongly preferred
Must be committed to becoming a licensed Loan Officer
NMLS license is a plus, but not required
Experience with any mortgage LOS; Salesforce is a bonus
