Remote Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) with a focus on VA lending.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pipeline and CRM, tracking active loans and borrower engagement
• Assist with file setup, loan support, and client prequalification
• Conduct agent and database research to maintain accurate referral data

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of recent experience as a Loan Officer Assistant
• Experience as a Loan Processor or Loan Officer Assistant within the last three years
• Military background or family connection preferred
• Commitment to becoming a licensed Loan Officer
• NMLS license is a plus, but not required
