Remote Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote LOA/Front End Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and liaison between borrowers, loan officers, and other parties throughout the loan process
• Collect and review borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy, and prepare loan files for submission
• Monitor pipeline status, track front-end conditions, and maintain accurate documentation in Encompass

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of mortgage experience
• Prior mortgage processing experience required
• Strong Encompass knowledge required
• Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, and non-QM loan products
• Ability to manage multiple active loans and meet deadlines
