Job Summary
A mortgage lender and financer is seeking a Remote Loan Officer Assistant in Okauchee.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assist Loan Officer in preparing preliminary loan packages for processing by obtaining missing documentation
- Utilize information gathered by the Mortgage Loan Originator to prequalify customers
- Respond to customers’ general questions regarding policy and procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalency degree
- Prior financial experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data
- Demonstrated experience making solid business decisions with available information
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
- Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication and multi-tasking
