Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Loan Operation Representative in Greenville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing research on suspicious items and reports findings to appropriate resource
• Making entries in general ledger related to paperwork and information processed
• Approving and reviewing general ledger entries and/or invoices for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years’ experience with loan operations policies and procedures
• Proven computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel (pivot tables, macros)
• Proven attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload to meet unit objective
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal skills
• Must possess strong analytical and administrative abilities
