Job Summary

An online financial lender marketplace is seeking a Remote Loan Operations Specialist I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Generating outbound calling campaigns in coordination with the customer success team
• Identifying submitter bugs with occasional testing of tickets to address them
• Evaluating, analyzing and processing customer requests for student loan refinancing and student loans

Qualifications for this position include:

• Able to track, monitor, collect, and upload reporting for lenders from multiple verticals
• Must be willing to work independently with minimal supervision and have a collaborative team first mindset
• Able to identify submitter bugs with occasional testing of tickets to address them
