Job Summary
An online financial lender marketplace is seeking a Remote Loan Operations Specialist I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Generating outbound calling campaigns in coordination with the customer success team
- Identifying submitter bugs with occasional testing of tickets to address them
- Evaluating, analyzing and processing customer requests for student loan refinancing and student loans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to track, monitor, collect, and upload reporting for lenders from multiple verticals
- Must be willing to work independently with minimal supervision and have a collaborative team first mindset
- Able to identify submitter bugs with occasional testing of tickets to address them
