Job Summary

A banking institution is filling a position for a Remote Loan Pre Underwriter in Salt Lake City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review items received back for compliance with bank policies and SBA SOP guidelines.
  • Create a comprehensive credit memo that will be used for making a decision on a credit
  • Engage and order various 3rd party reports including appraisals, environmental reports and business valuations

Required Skills:

  • May possess or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Proven ability to prepare and coordinate loan documents with borrowers and 3rd party service providers
  • Proficiency with various forms of technology including basic business software packages
