Job Summary

Leading loan processing operations, the full-time Remote Loan Processing Manager will oversee daily workflows, monitor pipeline deadlines, and support a team of processors while ensuring compliance and efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily loan processing operations and pipeline activity
• Resolve escalated processing and file-level issues while supporting and mentoring loan processors
• Ensure files are accurate and meet compliance and underwriting requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage or loan processing experience
• Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, compliance, and lending procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe PDF
• Experience with Non-QM, DSCR, Business Purpose, or Bridge lending strongly preferred
