Remote Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor (Central Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain, review, and submit complete loan documentation to Underwriting for approval
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4-5 years of retail loan processing experience in the last 6-12 months
• Experience processing government loans (FHA/VA), including Bond, Non-QM, and Conventional loans
• Familiarity with Point; experience with BYTE is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
