Remote Loan Processor

Job Summary

Supporting homeowners who have applied for Home Equity Investments, the full-time Remote Loan Processor will prepare files for underwriter review, manage a pipeline, and communicate proactively with clients and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless experience from application through closing.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate proactively with homeowners and third-party vendors to gather necessary documentation and set expectations
• Process and prepare files for underwriter review, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and driving items through to closing

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in loan processing
• Familiarity with home equity investments is a plus
• Experience using a robust CRM such as Salesforce
• Experience working with mortgage and real estate third-party vendors
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively under pressure
