Job Summary

A mortgage services company has a current position open for a Remote Loan Processor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Obtaining and reviewing required loan documentation
  • Submitting complete loan packages to Underwriting for approval
  • Providing excellent customer service with all internal and external customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to process residential mortgage loans
  • Minimum of 5 years retail processing experience with Conventional and Government loans
  • Familiarity with LOS systems, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
