A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Loan Processor Account Manager in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provides status updates on loans
- Responds to internal and external customer inquiries
- Negotiates and works to resolve problems with the broker
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Basic underwriting skills
- 3 years of proven and progressive mortgage lending experience, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of the mortgage process
- Basic knowledge of RESPA 2010, HMDA, MDIA and Appraisal Independence Requirements
