Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Loan Processor in Birmingham.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze the loan application, assess creditworthiness, and the likelihood that a loan applicant
- Monitor the loan process and manage proper expectations with the client and the sales staff
- Make mortgage loan recommendations for all Government and Conforming Full Doc products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Able to verify, compile, and type application information for mortgage loans and or titles
- Able to perform a general evaluation of the residential loan application file
- Comfortable working remotely
