Job Summary
A mortgage company is in need of a Remote Loan Processor in Cranford.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing a thorough review and analysis of borrower’s credit, employment, income and assets
- Assembling the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting
- Identifying any potential issues that may arise in underwriting
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of current residential mortgage processing experience
- Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
