Job Summary

A real estate staffing company has an open position for a Remote Loan Processor in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze conditions for conventional and government loan programs
  • Ensure compliance with investor specifications (AUS and underwriter’s)
  • Review and verify accuracy of all documentation to ensure guidelines are met

Position Requirements Include:
