Job Summary
A real estate and home development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Loan Processor in Tempe.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reconciling accounting records to ensure collection of all fees due
- Following up on closed loan documentation to ensure compliance with all Secondary Marketing standards
- Processing loan applications from initial set-up through funding, striving to obtain loan approvals within 30 days of application date
Position Requirements Include:
- Automated processing and closing experience
- Eighteen months experience as a Loan Representative I or II
- Eighteen months of FHA/VA/Conventional loan closing
- Excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Current knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA/FHA/VA and industry underwriting guidelines
