Job Summary
A wholesale lending company is in need of a Remote Loan Services Wholesale Account Executive.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, correspondents, banks and credit unions
- Handle all questions and problems between the customer and the company
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel within your defined territory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ wholesale lending experience
- Previous knowledge of mortgage industry
- Prior sales experience in the mortgage industry with knowledge of programs
- Competently utilize computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel and email
