Job Summary

A full-service mortgage banking company is filling a position for a Remote Loan Servicing Quality Control Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring that loans serviced are in compliance with GSE’s and investor requirements
  • Remaining updated on all types of residential loans
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all necessary criteria for specific loan types

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years servicing QC experience or 5 years servicing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of investor and agency guidelines along with UHM overlays
  • Global knowledge of the entire loan flow process
  • Familiar with mortgage documents and processes from start to finish
  • Comfortable using financial/ quantitative data
