Job Summary
A full-service mortgage banking company is filling a position for a Remote Loan Servicing Quality Control Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that loans serviced are in compliance with GSE’s and investor requirements
- Remaining updated on all types of residential loans
- Ensuring the accuracy of all necessary criteria for specific loan types
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years servicing QC experience or 5 years servicing experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of investor and agency guidelines along with UHM overlays
- Global knowledge of the entire loan flow process
- Familiar with mortgage documents and processes from start to finish
- Comfortable using financial/ quantitative data
