Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to credit union members, the part-time Remote Loan Servicing Specialist will assist with inquiries and modifications related to consumer loan products, managing inbound calls and follow-ups while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve loan-related issues for members and support teams through effective communication and timely service
- Perform loan adjustments, corrections, and payoff requests accurately, documenting all interactions in the internal system
- Educate callers on loan processes and regulations, maintaining a thorough knowledge of consumer loan products and services
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year of customer service or contact center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and phone operating skills, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in banking or financial services preferred
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
