Remote Loan Specialist

Job Summary

Fluent in Spanish and driven by sales targets, the full-time Remote Loan Specialist will close pre-approved auto refinance customers, sell finance and protection products, and manage a high-volume pipeline while working remotely in Mexico, Colombia, or the Dominican Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Close pre-approved auto refinance customers and sell optional finance and protection products
• Make 60+ outbound calls daily to drive loans from application to funding
• Manage a high volume pipeline and hit sales targets to maximize earnings

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (reading and writing)
• Previous experience in sales, call center, or automotive industries
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Access to a desktop or laptop PC with a stable internet connection and necessary peripherals
