Job Summary
A financial services firm has a current position open for a Remote Loan Underwriter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and validate loan application data and documents received for decision
- Communicate loan decision to Originator
- Run and review all pertinent risk and collateral evaluation tools prior to loan decision
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge in FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC Required
- 3 years of more of Underwriting experience
- Excellent communication skills. (Verbal and Written)
- Direct Endorsement Certification
