Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Local Affordability Associate Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Acting as a trusted strategic leader and thought partner to CEO in managing medical costs
- Attaining a deep understanding of specific market nuances and represents assigned market interests
- Driving affordability process in market
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% for business
- 5+ years of working experience within healthcare operations, clinical services, network, products and benefits
- Exposure to affordability
- Experience with developing strategic objectives and translating into action plans
- Experience working within a cross-functional capacity and navigating a matrix organization
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
