Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Local Affordability Associate Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Acting as a trusted strategic leader and thought partner to CEO in managing medical costs
  • Attaining a deep understanding of specific market nuances and represents assigned market interests
  • Driving affordability process in market

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% for business
  • 5+ years of working experience within healthcare operations, clinical services, network, products and benefits
  • Exposure to affordability
  • Experience with developing strategic objectives and translating into action plans
  • Experience working within a cross-functional capacity and navigating a matrix organization
  • Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
