Job Summary

A provider of technology-enabled language, content management and intellectual property services is in need of a Remote Localization Customer Quality and Performance Regional Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage a team that provides linguistic support to the delivery team
  • Interface with commercial delivery managers, project managers and clients
  • Assist the team in selecting appropriate methods, processes and tools to achieve goals

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 5 years in localization
  • Minimum of 3 years in operations experience in people management roles
  • Experience with linguistic asset strategy and management, QA and methodologies, etc
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills with native level English fluency and strong linguistic background
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • Strong customer focus
