Job Summary
A provider of technology-enabled language, content management and intellectual property services is in need of a Remote Localization Customer Quality and Performance Regional Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage a team that provides linguistic support to the delivery team
- Interface with commercial delivery managers, project managers and clients
- Assist the team in selecting appropriate methods, processes and tools to achieve goals
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5 years in localization
- Minimum of 3 years in operations experience in people management roles
- Experience with linguistic asset strategy and management, QA and methodologies, etc
- Excellent writing and verbal skills with native level English fluency and strong linguistic background
- Excellent command of MS Office
- Strong customer focus
