Job Summary

A language services company is in need of a Remote Localization Engineer .

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzing document, software, video and website source files for quotation
  • Reviewing source content for internationalization and quality issues
  • Assisting project managers in developing schedule and budget

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Localization or equivalent job experience
  • Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience in video localization (Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro)
  • Advanced knowledge of XML, HTML and XLIFF formats
  • Strong knowledge of CAT and terminology tools
  • Experience in e-learning localization (timing, animation, voiceover, subtitles)
