Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Lock Desk Analyst to join its remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process internal lock and change requests
Monitor lock expirations and communicate deadlines to sales staff
Manage extensions and lock amendments while enforcing company rate lock policy

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of secondary/lock desk experience in mortgage banking
Optimal Blue experience required
Encompass LOS experience required
Basic knowledge of secondary mortgage market pricing components and agency guidelines
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or business
