Job Summary

A contact center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Logistics Coordinator.

Must be able to:

• Develop training material for junior staff
• Research state and county guidelines and policies for title questions and issues
• Negotiate transport rates with carriers to decrease company costs

Required Skills:

• Communicates in person, by phone, and via email with all levels of organization
• 1 year of call center experience
• Logistics or transportation experience
• Computer proficiency
• Able to effectively tailor communication and style to different audiences
• Effective time management including ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
