Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Logistics Coordinator in Redwood City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Process logistics invoices and claims with our carriers
- Answer basic billing inquiries as needed
- Perform other clerical tasks as necessary
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Work from home once onsite training is completed
- Passion for numbers with the ability to audit logistics invoices as needed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills, (MS Office, Excel, and Outlook) required
- Strong attention to detail, organized and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
