Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Logistics Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and transporters regarding vehicle shipments
  • Assist in finding and assigning orders for transporters
  • Make outbound calls to update customers on shipping status and troubleshoot application issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Logistics or transportation experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, or Canadian French
  • Computer proficiency in running multiple applications simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
