Job Summary

A staffing company has an open position for a Remote Logistics Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Respond to inquiries in several environments
  • Help resolve shipping issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 2 years' of customer service experience
