Job Summary

A business solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Logistics Customer Service Representative .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering incoming calls from customers who are shipping vehicles
• Assisting with finding orders for a transporter to claim and move
• Answering online chats via internal chat system from customers

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1 year of call center experience
• Customer service experience
• Computer proficiency, running multiple applications at one time
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all customers
• Ability to make proactive decisions and self-manage
• Ability to make outbound calls to transporters along routes to claim an order
