Job Summary
A business solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Logistics Customer Service Representative .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming calls from customers who are shipping vehicles
- Assisting with finding orders for a transporter to claim and move
- Answering online chats via internal chat system from customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year of call center experience
- Customer service experience
- Computer proficiency, running multiple applications at one time
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all customers
- Ability to make proactive decisions and self-manage
- Ability to make outbound calls to transporters along routes to claim an order
