Job Summary

A provider of customer service and sales staffing solutions has a current position open for a Remote Logistics Customer Service Representative in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring pickups and deliveries are on schedule as it relates to orders placed
  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Building customer relationships all across the country

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Performance based metrics understanding
  • Computer proficiency
  • Able to effectively tailor communication and style to different audiences
  • Able to self manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Able to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with customers
