A business process solution company has a current position open for a Remote Logistics Customer Service Representative in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Help resolve shipping issues with a high level of professionalism
- Engage with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve product bugs/issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year of call center experience
- Computer proficiency
- Performance based metrics understanding
- Able to effectively tailor communication and style to different audiences
- Able to self manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
