Job Summary
A beverage manufacturer has an open position for a Remote Logistics Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Regularly provide updates and align with Customer Operations and Logistics on issues
- Develop strategies and plans to deliver customer service performance while optimizing cost
- Collaborate cross functionally with the Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to ensure consistent development and alignment
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience managing and growing a team
- 5+ years of experience in an industry-related field
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in supply chain management, transportation, economics, business administration,
- Strong proficiency in Excel is required
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service and sales
