Job Summary
A logistics services company is seeking a Remote Logistics Services Pricing and Growth Strategy Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coach, develop, and build an amazing team of earlier career business analysts
- Coach and guide the team on RFP execution
- Serve as the team Subject Matter Expert and coach your team members as they engineer complex logistics solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics strategic positions leveraging data and analytics
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or helping to develop early-career analysts, whether in a direct or indirect capacity
- Have a passion for developing talent and are ready to share your knowledge with developing Pricing and Growth Analysts
- Confident in a room fielding questions internal (and potentially external) stakeholders
- Strong bias toward innovation, a commitment to excellence over the status quo
- You have a creative mind; you enjoy thinking outside the box to develop strategies
