Job Summary
A provider of products, services and solutions that help families address the financial challenges of aging is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Long Term Care Adjudication Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling escalation and resolution of risk decisions and complex claim problems
- Reviewing complex adjudication decisions whose outputs will have a positive impact
- Participating in developing policies and practices providing ongoing training
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to interpret, understand and apply policy language
- Knowledge of long term care insurance and the Medicare and Medicaid systems
- Able to lead and/or participate in multiple projects from conceptualization
- Superior written communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Works effectively in a team environment that presents a high degree of subjectivity and change
- Superior customer service skills demonstrating diplomacy, clarity and influence
