Job Summary

An insurance holding company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Long Term Care Claims Provider Management Team Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating and adjusting individual and team metrics as needed to support our Claims strategy
• Facilitating training and providing coaching to ensure appropriate Risk Management
• Driving individual and team accountability by setting clear expectations for performance and facilitating monthly one on ones

Position Requirements Include:

• 3 - 5 years prior leadership experience
• Extraordinary internal and external customer service skills
• Demonstrates the ability to thrive on developing people and building relationships
• Problem solving and conflict resolution orientation
• Demonstrated change agent, leading toward team specific, as well as strategic business goals
• Good working knowledge of systems applications
