Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Long Term Disability Senior Appeals Specialist .

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Responding to all inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide feedback to business partners where training or change in processes may be needed to improve individual, team, customer, business results
• Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
• Thorough knowledge of STD/LTD, Workers Compensation, Social Security, ERISA and state laws
• 5+ years disability claims experience
