Remote Long Term Disability Unit Leader

Job Summary

An insurance and benefits company is filling a position for a Remote Long Term Disability Unit Leader.

Must be able to:

• Effectively manage a team of LTD Claim Specialists
• Effectively manage customer accounts
• Effectively manage all aspects of people management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience demonstrating strong leadership and coaching skills
• Extensive knowledge of IDI, STD, LTD, group disability, and Workers Compensation
• Extensive knowledge of ERISA, Social Security and state laws
• Can effectively manage multiple systems and technology resources
• Excellent customer service skills proven through internal and external customer interactions
