Job Summary
An insurance and benefits company is filling a position for a Remote Long Term Disability Unit Leader.
Must be able to:
- Effectively manage a team of LTD Claim Specialists
- Effectively manage customer accounts
- Effectively manage all aspects of people management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience demonstrating strong leadership and coaching skills
- Extensive knowledge of IDI, STD, LTD, group disability, and Workers Compensation
- Extensive knowledge of ERISA, Social Security and state laws
- Can effectively manage multiple systems and technology resources
- Excellent customer service skills proven through internal and external customer interactions
