An independent, not-for-profit health benefits organization has an open position for a Remote Long Term Services and Supports Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and government regulations are sustained to avoid penalties
- Managing services on person center support plan for members, issue and verify authorizations for services
- Reviewing and completing reports as directed by management
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years - Experience in claims or customer service required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Capacity to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines
