Job Summary

A financial software solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote LOS Implementations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise to internal staff including, but not limited to sales, development, support, training, professional services as needed
  • Establishing implementation processes that ensure maximum efficiency, optimal resource utilization, and high quality
  • Resourcing and capacity planning ensuring sufficient resource capacity to meet demands of new implementations and service engagements

Required Skills:

  • Ability to interview, hire, and create on-boarding plans for new or transferred employees
  • Ability to provide mentoring, coaching, and educational activities to support employee development that aligns with organizational goals and objectives
  • Previous client contact and support experience
  • Ability to independently develop and analyze alternative solutions and make recommendations
  • 2 – 5 years relevant banking operations and mortgage experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
