Job Summary
A home financing lender is in need of a Remote Loss Analysis Analyst in Charleston.
Must be able to:
- Analyze and rebut insurer curtailments for all government insured filed claims
- Complete loss analysis reviews to safeguard the servicer's assets
- Assist in compiling claims data for government claims audits
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong understanding of FHA, VA and GSE claims guidelines
- An in-depth understanding of all government regulations pertaining to claims filing and reimbursement
- Minimum of five years of experience in the rebuttal of compensatory fees and curtailments process
