Job Summary

A third-party claims administrator is seeking a Remote Loss Claims Intake Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a polite, timely, and accurate manner
  • Entering and maintaining required claim information into the company claim system
  • Providing technical and telephonic customer service support for the claim department representatives

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Advanced/accurate typing skills
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of various computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software
