A third-party claims administrator is seeking a Remote Loss Claims Intake Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a polite, timely, and accurate manner
- Entering and maintaining required claim information into the company claim system
- Providing technical and telephonic customer service support for the claim department representatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced/accurate typing skills
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of various computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software
