Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Loss Drafts Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support loss drafts management team
• Coach and develop team leads by supervising managerial responsibilities
• Guide delivery of accurate and efficient loss drafts services

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or general education degree
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of principles and best practices for providing effective customer service
• Advanced knowledge of document processing tasks, client-specific procedures and data entry best practices
